Los Angeles, CA, USA — Tanner Foust, one of the leading Rally Car drivers, races to his second gold medal in the fast-moving, high-octane Rally Car Racing Final. This is the first time the event has been held at The L.A. Memorial Coliseum. The new course offered many challenges as drivers competed in head-to-head races.

"It was a tricky course, but to be honest, I am ready to go again," said Foust. "You make your own dust cloud and get lost so you need to find your way. Like the Moto X Freestyle guys, I visualize the course. It does get confusing, but today, it seems I had a clear vision."

Going into the Final, Foust found himself facing off against Brian Deegan. The two drivers were neck and neck, giving the crowd an exciting last run. As Foust took the jump, he pulled ahead of Deegan, leading the Final by four seconds. However, Deegan soon found himself off-course, putting himself in second and earning his first Rally Car Racing medal.

"I was almost going to scratch Rally off of my list," Deegan said. "I'm glad I didn't because I definitely did better than I thought I would. I wanted to win so badly but I am still getting used to this racing event."

California local Andrew Comrie-Picard and Canadian Antoine L'Estage tied for bronze, each receiving their very first X medal.
