Just a huge shout out to everyone that came out to support PFR, as my hometown event, it makes me proud to see that people enjoy coming to Merritt, and know that a quality event is going to be produced regularly.
A huge thanks to everyone that helped on Helmer, Being stage commander for that road is nuts! It's just so big!
Also thanks to the competitors for coming out and being awesome sports, its nice to see so many people are in love with the sport. (and thank you to the car that kept giving out chocolate, you guys rule)

I have a lot of thank-yous for this event. It was the first time i have competed at PFR and it was an awesome time.

First to Paul and his amazing crew of volunteers. The event ran so well and smooth. it was just awesome. Thanks to Sweep for pulling us out so quickly out of the mud on Thynne. (first time we have been swept)

Thanks to the Maydaniuks for letting us crash at their place on wednesday night. hope all is well with the family. Eric Grochowski for the tires a few weeks ago so i could compete at all. Josh Keatly for the use of his truck and trailer again. And to Bud Stanley. For offering to go back to Vancouver to get his drive shaft so i can replace the one i bent on SS1.

Also to those who saw me limping around after nicola, and were asking what happened, I did end up braking the 2nd metatarsal bone in my right foot. I'm ok it just hurts and my foot is huge.

Awesome event. will do my best to be back next year.

It was truly an amazing event! Thank you to Paul and all the volunteers that make this event possible. A thanks to the CRC crew for working to make the national sponsors happy with the program and thank you to all the media that put forward their best efforts to cover this fantastic event. A special thanks to the fans who came out and added the atmosphere and emotion that rally is all about!

I was disappointed to be unable to compete with the rest of the teams this past weekend. But it was a pleasure to see the event from behind a lens and play dodge with the cars as they came wizzing on by.

Hopefully next event I will find myself back in the car where I belong!

Congratulations to Antoine L’Estage and Nathalie Richard for their 2008 PFR win!

And a special congrats to Pat Richard and Alan Ockwell for claiming the Canadian Rally Championship!
