Favorite TSD - Class

Okay TSD junkies lets hear it, what class do you like to enter for your TSD adventures? Are you an unlimited type, or perhaps you like to stick with your tried tested and true Calculator class! What about the paper class? That can be fun! Lets hear your favorite class to enter in and why you think its the best!

I personally think paper can be a lot of fun, although I've never tried it... I can only imagine the challenge. Anything to keep me awake, I think I fell asleep a couple times Co-Driving for unlimited... needless to say we didn't win :p

I personally love Calculator class, to be good you have to be doing calc's non stop, but still managing to maintain location in the route book and not miss anything, but being mindful not to lose your cookies! It's challanging, plus its an awesome class because there is such a vast range of competitors, from rookies to pro's there is a close competitor for everyone. Since it does not require any "extra" computers its also much more affordable over unlimited.
However, after setting up HOD with the unlimited computer I can safely say HOLY SNAP! Those things are so complicated, especially the time wise! I am always amazed how low the scores actually are in unlimited class.

Either way you go, there is competition, and each class has its own added challanges. It all depends if you would rather pound away on a calculator, scribble mad calcualtions on paper, or be super careful of computer corrections, each class is unike.

Calculator sounds like the right place to start if you ask me! Its tough, but that's what a TSD is all about!:)

There is only one class to run in TSD at least for the co driver and that is unlimited . just set the computer and watch .. all the other classes the co driver is way to busy to watch what is going on .. and you miss all the action . and keep you head down long enough and you will get sick ,... so heads up and watch the action . let a computer do the work .

I ran unlimited a few times, it was fun, but I found myself eating and drinking more then navigating! Maybe my father was just too good of a driver... or maybe thats why we always accumulated points. I knew i was doing something wrong :p

That's what I like about calculator, I love the challange and having to do so many things makes you appreicate when you look up and see just how amazing everything around you looks, especilly like Totem, one of the first snow falls! WOW! And if you are good enough you have all your calculations done like half way though the day anyhow, and get to sit back relax and read.
