Speaking at today's Citroen World Rally Team 2011 launch in Paris, team principal Olivier Quesnel also underlined Petter Solberg's commitment to all 13 rounds of the series. As well as Raikkonen and Solberg, Peter Van Merkstyn will drive a DS3 WRC this year.
"Kimi Raikkonen has signed for 10 rallies and if all goes well, maybe more," Quesnel said.
Solberg's presence on the opening round of the WRC has come courtesy of van Merkstyn allowing the Norwegian to take delivery of his car first.
"We have to thank Peter [van Merkstyn] for allowing Petter to race in Sweden as Peter has given him his car for the first round," Quesnel added.
