A decision handed down from the Motor Sports Council National Court on Wednesday, November 26th, overruled the exclusion of Guy Wilks and David Moynihan of the Mitsubishi Motors UK Works Rally Team from this past September’s Rally Yorkshire due to alleged class violations related to their car's controls.
