Mark Jennings-Bates (MJB) (http://www.worldrallysport.com/users/markjb) of the Prescribed Burn Rally Team has announced a campaign to raise $4 Million for charity by entering the DAKAR rally 2011 as the first-ever Canadian 4WD competitor.
